I painted this artwork to demonstrate the splendor of our rivers’ landscape. Since ancient times, water, a component we utilize on a daily basis, has been viewed as a vital element alongside Earth, Air, and Fire. The oceans contain 97 percent of the world’s water, and because it is saline, it is unfit for human consumption. Around 2% of the Earth’s surface is covered by polar ice caps and glaciers. Only about 1%, or less, of this nutrient is present in lakes, rivers, and ground water sources. It is crucial for the planet’s survival and continuation of life. Save our Rivers!
